Includes six juices PER DAY to be consumed every 2-3 hours for a total of 18 juices. An example schedule would be something like 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm. I recommended drinking a gallon of distilled water per day with the juices. The goal is to cleanse the body - not to starve it! FAQ's

  • Can I eat at all during a cleanse?

    We recommend consuming all the juices during the duration of the cleanse. However, if you feel hungry and struggling not to eat solid foods, all fruits and vegetables are ok! Enjoy a salad with some salt and pepper, some fresh carrots, or pickles to help (though almost all our customers report not feeling hungry during a cleanse since you are drinking a juice every 2-3 hours).

  • Can I drink coffee or tea during my cleanse?

    It is not recommended to drink caffeine during a cleanse. A juice cleanse is meant as a cleansing reset to restore healthy function within the body. If you have a high addiction to caffeine, we recommend sticking to only black coffee or green tea (no cream or sugar) during the cleanse.

  • Are there any additional ingredients or allergens in your juices?

    None at all! Our juices contain ONLY fresh fruits and vegetables. They are made individually, not in a facility, so there is no risk of cross contamination with allergens.

  • Can I drink your juices while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    While the juices themselves are safe during pregnancy, we do not recommend doing a cleanse while pregnant or nursing. Consult with your doctor for best practices.
